Hello, we were supplied with a remote control for each window. If I remember correctly, I pressed the prog button on the remote control (back side) of the respective roller shutter until it started "waving". Then Tahoma found it, and it could be integrated into the system. The endpoints can usually be reset using a combination of presses on the remote control. That's what the manual says and also what is stated on the internet.

Now I have a problem :) Two roller shutters no longer go all the way up. All attempts to solve this via the remote control failed. To my misfortune, the craftsmen made the problem worse, as now both roller shutters can only be controlled simultaneously with one remote control :( I am assuming that each must be disconnected from the power to reprogram them.

Or is it possible to separate the merging of two roller shutters onto one remote control again (more easily), so that each remote control works again for the corresponding roller shutter ... :)

At least all roller shutters can still be controlled individually via the app or internet (WLAN). This raises the question of whether the procedure described at the beginning also works the other way around, meaning if I can make a roller shutter "wave" via Tahoma and then assign a remote control to it??

If yes, then simply press the prog button once briefly on the secondary remote control when the roller shutter motor is in programming mode. For safety reasons, it apparently only works from the motor to the Tahoma and not the other way around.

One remote control is now controlling two roller shutters at the same time. But for each roller shutter, there is a remote control with which the individual roller shutter could be controlled. I now have to decouple one roller shutter from one remote control (that is now controlling both) and pair it again with the original remote control.

They just no longer move completely to the upper end position. Unfortunately, they are not individually fused since it’s not a new building. So you would probably have to interrupt the power supply directly at the motor, if that’s even possible. However, such a motor should be replaceable. So it should be possible.

Without a fuse it really gets more difficult, but it is not known that they can be reset afterwards.

However, the issue with too many paired transmitters can be easily fixed.
