Which prefabricated house company offers the sampling BEFORE purchase?

Well, standard is a tricky thing. What did once say, "The water from my Ideal Standard shower is the same as from a super expensive brand."

You have to keep that in mind.

Oh dear, I feared it. Honestly, I can't stand myself in that regard, but with so much hard-earned money, I am stubborn after all. Fortunately, I have a husband whom all salesmen and marketers love, he is a likable character and makes up for it without costing us any money.

I would actually like to "buy immediately" if I had a basis for making a decision. But the home construction companies simply don't give me that. When every detail is guarded like a state secret, I’m not responsible for the process dragging on. I had even planned that we would sign the house purchase contract four weeks after the first meeting... which could have worked with more transparency and openness on the home builder’s side.

Yes, that is true and I will keep it in mind as well.

We did a preliminary sampling at Schwörerhaus, which was only rough, but it helped us know which doors, tiles, and additional equipment we wanted as standard. We had already finalized things like the fireplace, window size and positions, floor plan, floor area, and shower beforehand.

Additionally, we chose a large double bathtub.

We were able to sample at Dennert in advance and all prices were known from the beginning. It is, btw., in my opinion also the only company that really delivers almost complete prefabricated houses.
