Which prefabricated house company offers the sampling BEFORE purchase?

Allegedly, there are prefab house companies that offer the selection of materials BEFORE signing the purchase contract. Does anyone of you know such a company? That would be a good reason for me to choose this prefab house company, as I could then better estimate the costs for the new house.
