So basically, I can only say good things about the Ikea appliances. Most things really have a very good price-performance ratio (where else can you get an autonomous brand induction cooktop for €299 including 5 years warranty?). Generally, I would buy almost everything there myself – exceptions would be things that you can't get at IKEA for any money or good words, such as ovens with telescopic rails (which hopefully will change next year), or a steam oven if I were to need one. The new top model among the dishwashers (Enastände) is one of the current top models from AEG, which is sold at IKEA under a different name and slightly modified design for a significantly lower price.
