Actually, yes :)

Although the position at the green dot would be much better than at the red dot. At least that's my humble opinion.

For me, the doorbell belongs where the door opens. As close as possible. It's like this: I ring the bell and then turn towards the opening because I am going in there or expecting someone I want to talk to.

Therefore: At the red dot.

Difficult, I have the following concerns: Red dot: too close to the front door and one should possibly use a corner bracket so that visitors stand further away from the front door. Then the doorbell could hang quite far into the passageway and one could catch on it while passing by (this may be exaggerated) Green dot: on the wrong side of the front door and this could be corrected with a corner bracket so that visitors stand in front of the door in the middle Blue dot: visitors could stand quite far away from the front door and some might walk past the doorbell and not use it

I would install it at the red dot, as otherwise I see the "risk" that the visitor rings the bell and then immediately goes in front of the door to wait, and then you are looking into empty space.

I don't find the green dot so good because of the door hinge. For right-handed people, right is more comfortable.

The battery does not need to be replaced, only recharged via USB. Realistically, maybe every 6 months.

Some of the video doorbells you mentioned do not require internet, only WiFi. And if that's gone, probably your doorbell power supply is also gone...

Don't get me wrong, I just want to make it easy for you and speak from my own experience.

Hmm, I don't understand :)

The ledge is only 30 cm deep. How is one supposed to "go further in front of the door and then look into emptiness"?

The red dot doesn’t make sense to me or is at least associated with more disadvantages than advantages.
If the visitor is standing in front of the door, the camera would always only capture them from the side and rather poorly at that!?
If additional people stand further to the right, you wouldn’t see them at all ... Well.
