Our favorite would probably be a combination of both :D Angled shape, everything except our bedroom and the large bathroom on the ground floor. Since I like a high ceiling with a view into the attic space in the living area, my ideal idea for an L-shape is to equip a maximum of half with an attic and then design the access via a gallery. That's also where my idea of the abnormal height for the ground floor comes from, so that the gallery works like a kind of split-level and we have fewer slants upstairs... I hope this isn't described too confusingly and you understand what I mean ;) An angled bungalow on one level will probably not be a problem since the development plan explicitly allows angled construction. What do you prefer, an angled bungalow or rather a 1.5-story with a higher knee wall? Maybe you could even present both options to the building authority and see how flexible they are and which variant is more likely to be approved.
