With a width of 10 m, you can build at most like this. The 4 m and 8.5 m are adhered to. This means, the narrower, the steeper. With large dormers, you are also quite flexible on the upper floor. In my opinion, the 2/3 rule is not intended here, therefore #6 according to the development plan.
