Hello,
Who is the provider and what are you supposed to pay TEUR 250/260 for?
Rather TEUR 15 - a bit of greenery/lawn turf should certainly be included?
In advance – I really hope that my interested parties come away better informed from our discussions
It crucially depends on the provider – if it is going to be a prefabricated house, even more so; there are very different lending limits here. And then it critically depends on the seriousness of the financing broker. Best in all variants: an equity share above 20%.
PS: what do I have to understand by "a somewhat higher class"? You can pretty much upgrade the sanitary equipment at any provider; that really comes last.
Kind regards
the prefabricated house company w roughly quoted us:
Land +10% = 140,000
House approx. 250-260,000 kfw70 - 1 1/2 although we would prefer 2 floors because of the slants.
Additional costs 40,000
Garage 11,500
We first have to forego the 11,500 for the garage. The house would then be turnkey with flooring and wallpaper.

The outdoor area is also still missing (10,000?).

Since the provider and equipment are of a somewhat higher class, could everything be obtained within the corresponding financial framework depending on the provider, or have I missed something again? The building expert always takes a very close look at this (which is good and right).
