Our architect is not able to create one; he is not familiar with growth classes of trees, etc.
The architect owes a plan eligible for approval – whether he needs subcontracted engineers for this is his problem. Let him simply include exactly the shrubs listed in the development plan in the approval plan (he should be able to read it), omit trees where replacement planting is not required, and that’s it. Nobody will come later to tear down the house because geraniums are planted where someone wrote petunias *LOL*The annoying thing is that without this plan we will not receive a building permit.
