I am one myself and deal with many others professionally. But 50% can't even correctly take my name from the signature of my email and then write to me incorrectly. Funny though that the mail still arrives, because the name is still correct there... This constant sloppiness with everything and everyone is really awful. And that's exactly why I don't understand why an architect even gets 1 cent for not getting a building application approved, even though they were commissioned specifically for that...

What are you getting at? As you yourself have excellently demonstrated, floor area ratio/floor space index is not exactly first-grade level. Even for an "academic" who has been around this forum for almost 3 years.

The client usually signs the building application and should also thoroughly review it. Not that I want to defend planners or architects here, but many clients take their signature quite lightly. Reviewing is tedious and time-consuming, but indispensable.

Another example. Constant lowercase writing. My opinion: Anyone who doesn't even bother to write properly should just leave it alone altogether. Where do you draw your line?

From painful experience, I know that spelling mistakes in free texts spanning several pages are inevitable.
Yes, you write the text, you read it, leave it for a day, read it again... consider it error-free and print it out... wtf... still find another mistake... correct it and put it in an envelope... the junk comes back after the office circulation and you find some other careless mistake again...

If only I had paid better attention in German class, I was always deducted 2 grade points.
