And it doesn’t have to be an architect... The nice master mason from next door is good enough for that. The hourly rates are lower. Take one from the [Gemeinde] where you want to build, they know the [Bauamt] and that already solves most of the problems.

Hmm, I would be surprised. I had to take the hard way, building application (already because of the size), a structural analysis (from the structural engineer of course!) and in my case, due to exceeding the maximum boundary coverage, also the signatures of the neighbors.

All the paperwork cost me a lot of money, but that way everything is according to regulations and nobody can mess with me.

correctly can only confirm that

2 years of struggle. In 2 weeks the building permit will be approved. With such constructions, the dear neighbors are also jealous. Here I wouldn’t let anything go wrong

Yes, I will get a quote from the architect or do you have a rough idea of what the whole thing costs? (Architektenleistung, Statik usw)

Are there no suppliers of garden houses made of stone where you can buy the entire planning together? I only ever find something like that for wooden huts ;(

As far as I remember...
250 architect (friendship price)
250 structural engineer (he shouldn't really calculate, just generously put something together, I always build 5 times as solid as necessary anyway)
300 fees at the office and small stuff
100 wine to get the neighbors drunk for the signature

The costs are one thing, the annoying part was running around until the office etc. were finally happy and had all the required documents and data.

Well, I don't know of any suppliers of solid garden houses, it's probably too individual and too expensive for most. With wooden huts it's easier, you can pack everything you need on a pallet, and there isn't really much that can go wrong during assembly. But you can't expect a DIY craftsman to create a load-bearing base slab, solid walls, ring beam, etc. If you sell something like that, it can only cause trouble.
