Phew... I'm only responding here because I was addressed
Had fun.
Yeah, I believe so... I see no financial limit, then it’s fun
I think there was an attempt here to put every nice gimmick found in pictures into one floor plan.
Now that you mention it
The light strips look pretty nice, but they seem to be installed quite high. Can a child ever look out of there?
I think that doesn't reduce quality, but I haven't looked at them more closely.
I would separate the kitchen a bit more towards the long side, otherwise you can really see 11m through the room without any obstacles. Yvonne can surely give you some tips.
Hmm... it has kind of a loft character... the kitchen can be central, but it should be somewhat shielded from the "quiet room"/living room. Working in there could be disturbing -> you won’t find peace in the living area while cooking. If planned for four people, you have to expect four people fetching an evening drink from the fridge or just having a snack. That means: no privacy for the spouses in front of the TV... kids eventually become teenagers (who aren’t always well-behaved) and have friends coming and going.
That should be considered
But two doors aren’t bad per se, right? D
One is too many! You should think about your own routines: If you are afraid during business, two doors would double the fear. The second door towards the bedroom also means giving up the personal and intimate realm.
In a house design, you have to weigh how sensible the accesses to bathroom/dressing room appear. Also in the teenage years of the children.
I’m not a fan of a third bathroom just for children, yet here there is an either/or. Why can’t one use the hallway, for example?
I’m not so good with numbers, but with a basement you can probably count on 400,000.
I also planned such highlights back then, when money didn’t matter and I planned without limitations
