Stepped floor house 23x30m plot with floor area ratio 0.25

I would consider detaching the garage from the house and positioning the house sideways at the back. In my opinion, this results in a better garden layout and a nice spot for a covered, sheltered terrace. I would then lead the access path more to the right past the garage, so that the mail carrier and unexpected visitors don’t end up immediately in the garden and on the terrace.

I first drew your old proposal, now the new one. This one is better, but I still miss the orientation towards the south garden. I would then place a separate shed for the workshop in the northern part. That way you also have privacy screening there.
