Thank you very much for the hint. I actually did that. Which furniture doesn't fit, then I will check it...

Table and sofa seem small to me

The living room is not even 4 meters wide according to the rule of three. The bathroom is only to be used by one person, otherwise you get in each other's way. The stairs are too small - according to the square meter information they may be 220 wide, 150/160? deep. And that's all without a mounting room. The bedroom closet, that doesn't exist yet either, right? With 4 sqm and an estimated closet length of 2.60 I get a width of 1.53 (raw construction measurement)... and then how deep are the closets supposed to be? Something is wrong there. Unlike the others, I find the sauna quite well designed, since you can also exit through the living room. However, the sink in the WC is again unusable, it is that small. Apartment with separate entrance: one room with 6 sqm... who wants to rent that hole without storage options and without a washing machine possibility? I believe even a §5 apartment has something like that. Even if it is a student city, different tenants shake hands there every month because it only offers a temporary solution. Nobody wants to stay there. You should do without the apartment with separate entrance. What do you mean by the earth movements? Can the house collapse or slide away on you? What does the soil report say?

Furnish the couch area realistically and at the same time draw in the walkways. You have the access to the living area there and the walkway from the kitchen to the terrace. For me, the kitchen belongs to the terrace.

From where are you driving to the carport?

could you add some measurements to the whole?

otherwise, the granny flat is really just a temporary solution. For that, it gets the nice south side.

the storage rooms are very small. Not much fits in properly.

True... now that you mention it: I somehow miss the terrace.
