It doesn't have to be curved, of course, but the size of the roof terrace is fixed. We find it curved quite chic. However, the idea did not come from us but from the architect.

Upstairs, the bedroom is too narrow at 3 meters. I would negotiate that again.

70 is ok. That works. It doesn't have to be more if it doesn't work.
