The bed in the master bedroom will not work like that. At least not with nightstands. Unless you permanently sleep in a 1.4 m futon. How do you get from the living/dining area to the garden?
The airspace is, in this small unit, for the foxes - without the airspace, the sleeping floor would also be easier to furnish. It will look like a hole in the ceiling but offer no spaciousness at all.
The airspace only causes the noises & food smells to reach the sleeping floor. It also does not bring any cost savings.
We have already had this discussion ... I find it pointless because it is your personal feeling. Just as every city villa under 300sqm is an "instead villa" for :rolleyes: Turn the bed in the bedroom and do without the window in the air space. After all, you don't want to look directly into the children's room and vice versa, the child definitely doesn't want that.
