Anyway. Nevertheless, it reads more like a law than a personal feeling ;) No hard feelings...

I find the floor plan refreshingly different and basically successful. A few things are still improvable, but I can well imagine it as an idea.

a 4m long kitchen unit + island is too little kitchen for you?

I basically like the floor plan - but the many stairs seem rather impractical to me in everyday life. In my opinion, the building is not generous enough in terms of open space - that can quickly look like a light shaft. Open spaces are more for villas of the type "we just had an extra 50 sqm". Also, the sightlines between the children's room and the parents' bedroom are not really nice. You also lose wall space due to the interior windows. Am I right in thinking that the refrigerator is supposed to be in the very large pantry? My parents-in-law were also talked into that by the architect - my hobby-cooking father-in-law curses the architect at every meal.

... and I would try to design the floor plan so that a wall added later could separate the kitchen area from the living area. Open plan and kitchen islands as part of the living room furniture are currently very fashionable, but interior designers are currently receiving an increasing number of orders to separate kitchens again.

I would bring the entrance vestibule to the ground floor level, then you have a step-free ground floor and more space, the seven steps and the ramp belong in front of the house

Or at least use the windbreak as a "platform." So from there, 7 steps up and 8 down. In the basement, you come out into the hallway, in the upper floor, the children's bathroom probably has to swap places with child 2. Presumably, a completely different upper floor would then be more suitable, both children's rooms facing southwest, the bedroom facing southeast, the utility room and the children's bathroom facing northeast ...
