I would understand such a kink if the property forced it - but like this? Useless corners in the house, more costs especially due to the roof construction, and a rather peculiar exterior. I don’t understand why this angle is desired. Can you explain that? Just a whim or are there solid reasons for it? Visual and noise protection is done differently, this half-hearted kink does nothing at all. Is the street so heavily trafficked? And since the property is generous, if the kink must be there for whimsical reasons, I would rather go for 90°, then you can make something of the rooms. The slants here just cost space and are useless. The most awkward I find is the wall piece in the bedroom that enables access to the second children’s room. A real joke. Honestly, you can immediately tell that this can’t be the last word in wisdom. Is another child planned? Because of the third room? I would rather house guests in the office downstairs, then they have the guest bathroom to themselves. Upstairs they share the bathroom with you. Is that intentional? And with three children, I would generally think about a second bathroom upstairs. They will all be teenagers someday and then the only bathroom is often constantly occupied... The layout of the bathroom is hopefully not serious either, right? The half-slanted bathtub without reason? I come to the conclusion that this is someone with a high affinity for useless slanting walls. No, I do not like the design at all. The exterior views are also dreadful, sorry.
No more children are planned; the third room upstairs is intended to be a sewing room. The bathroom layout with the half-slanted bathtub will not remain as is; it was only drawn like that but not yet discussed in detail. What don’t you like about the exterior views?
