I just got into the thread now. Very interesting at least

The bend stays is the credo.

A lot has already been said and I have looked at the site plan and the floor plan x times now and from the many points mentioned and what was still running around in my head, two essential ones stuck with me:

- The orientation of the bend bothers me. The long side faces the street and the short side faces the garden. This results in maximum adjacency to the "bad" side and minimal adjacency to the good (garden) side. The actual logic would say, give the nice side more area and rotate the bend. If you imagine the shadow cast by a cone of light, you can perhaps also imagine that this would correspond more to the desired soundproofing.

- If it has to stay as it is, the entrance, for my taste, must be at the tip of the bend. Only that would be consistent. It creates a kind of left and right wing with which one could work well with the room layout. As it currently is, I don't like it at all. And that is not because of a problem corner but because of the overall concept.

Currently, the property access is presumably planned from the right side of the plan - or? At least I conclude that from the position of the front door and the view of the garage:

Is there also a street to the north/northwest from which the access can be made?

That’s quite nice, but unfortunately it’s only called Bogenhausen

Well, I find it crazy. But apparently this is supposed to become a new trend (?), building renovation fakes as new builds - here: we have another new build styled like a renovation with a pseudo retrofitted WC situated at a light tunnel corridor. However, I would assume that this remains a short-lived fashion and/or focused on a very specific niche of freaks. It won’t find as many fans as smoky eyes or rhombus cladding.

Yes, with access from the bend – with the entrance then on the inside bend – the banana could have its charm.

[/QUOTE]

The driveway is planned on the right because it is a purely access route (for two more houses), the front meters are paved, the back only graveled.
There is also a road on the left, which is the main road; if the access is to be made via this main road, the sidewalk would have to be lowered, I do not know if this will be approved.

What is the current status here actually? Is it still staying with the bend?
