My mistake, I meant the dressing room next to the bedroom: 10 sqm and only space for a 2m wardrobe.
Your glass panel for the stairs is certainly nice, but you could also have a wardrobe there if you skip the panel and remove the wall + door.
Maybe you can find a good solution from the carpenter with wardrobes under the sloping roof, but then you could have the clothes directly in the bedroom and instead of the cloakroom build a small shower room? Then skip the shower downstairs – more space for jackets and shoes.

According to Mertha, the room below is an office, not a guest room. If two showers are installed upstairs, no one will shower downstairs. And the one guest who occasionally stays and sleeps on the pull-out couch in the office can just go upstairs to shower. Sure, having is always better than needing, but I wouldn't need 3 showers.

I really like the house overall. Upstairs, I would leave it as it is; I find the walk-in closet important because, due to the slant and the door position in the bedroom, you can hardly place a wardrobe. Additionally, you have storage space for suitcases, bed linen, and so on. Children can also go downstairs to shower.

I’m also not so keen on the entrance area on the ground floor. Some wasted space and still little wardrobe space. The area under the stairs remains unused. There is no storage or pantry. I don’t find the kitchen particularly ergonomic. Large distance between the island and the cabinets. The fridge position is rather a bottleneck.

Here is an idea of how it could be done differently. There is a seemingly square entrance and a pantry under the stairs. Kitchen with large island. I would dispense with the row of cabinets at the window and possibly put a floor-to-ceiling window there so you can go outside.

Guests don’t have to curve around the stairs but can go directly to the shower bath.

The stairs are moved one step toward the living room. Upstairs, this gives you more space in the walk-in closet.

I really like the adjustment in the kitchen area, especially because I have often seen this 2-door solution to the open plan/living area and never understood the point. It probably comes from the horror idea of cooking fries and fried fish canteen-style and not wanting those smells in the stairwell/upper floor. But sacrificing an open living concept for that reason would be completely wrong in my opinion, because that situation will never occur. The kitchen door will definitely always be open and the cooking smell will be in the anyway open living/dining area; besides, nowadays you have huge windows to open and great extractor hoods anyway. This 2nd door plus the wasted space would therefore not make sense. The solution in the entrance area is better like this, but there still seem to be possibilities to optimize it. The "coffee bar" is probably born out of necessity and would not be used like that in everyday life. In the changed plan, the coffee machine and seating area would be great in the corner of the kitchen. Whether I would need the children's bathroom upstairs mentioned by and sacrifice other space, I don't know; in my opinion a separate extra WC could be absolutely sufficient on the upper floor. "Children's bathroom" is nowadays often seen as standard, but whether it is actually used like that or justifies the precious loss of space, I don't know. With regard to growing children/teenagers, for me it would rather be advantageous that the shower/WC on the ground floor is located near the entrance. Why roller shutters and not more comfortable Venetian blinds?
