Unfortunately, we have not received a sectional drawing (yet), sorry! I only have what I have already uploaded here (somewhat reduced). I also do not have the dimensions of the individual rooms; it is just a draft plan. We do work from home quite often, but rarely at the same time, or one of us sits at the dining table (like I am doing right now). We want to keep it that way. Therefore, the study needs a desk, a cabinet to put the printer on, and some shelves (currently there are 4 Billy, and they suit us well).

Even though I initially consider the floor plan not good at all, here is a quick simple suggestion for your airlock:

Pantry is not needed, can be integrated into the kitchen.

Thanks for the suggestion! I agree that most things can be accommodated in the kitchen. However, we don't have a basement. Where should we put a chest freezer? Beverage crates? For that, we would like to have the pantry.

Like with many others as well. Into the utility room. There is enough space. Problem solved ;-)

I advise you to study the draft plan and redraw it to scale. Also roughly sketch in furniture (kitchen) (an island, if desired, needs space) and measure existing furniture. Nothing is worse than realizing afterward that the desired sofa cannot be placed as planned. The best tools are graph paper and pencil – then you can quickly erase or change something. Use a known length to determine the scale and calculate all walls accordingly or trace them.

You can also take a look at the Scandinavian prefab house providers for inspiration; they usually have floor plans with a mudroom (Tvätt) and also like to build tall window fronts or galleries. Only the children's rooms are quite different there, usually only 8-10 m2 in size, and in return, the children are assigned their own common room. You then have to adjust that according to your own needs.
