Hello.
The question about the pantry and storage room is of course justified. If we can't manage a reasonable kitchen with both, we would sacrifice the pantry. We cook daily, so the kitchen should definitely offer enough possibilities.
The wall between the storage room and the shower toilet was originally more on the left side of the plan, but was moved in favor of the shower toilet because the lady of the house wants to put a cabinet in the shower toilet; the door would still have to be more centered for this.
The room behind the living room is given here with the wrong size; it is actually about 12.6 sqm, if I calculate it myself. We are unsure whether we should do without the corner there. Such a small corner also creates some coziness, doesn't it? Or do the 6m here seem extreme? Our TV has a diagonal of about 117 cm (46"). The wall could also be well imagined later as a projector wall.
In the rooms in the attic, we definitely have to build with knee walls due to the prescribed eaves height – how could one better divide the whole thing here? The master bedroom could of course also be one of the three on the south side.
Planned in the basement are a storage room for food, sauna/bath/toilet, utility room, hobby room, possibly an office. Under the garage a work kitchen (honey extraction) – here a room will still be separated at the (cold) stairs, presumably between the northern two windows.
Thank you for your opinions. It helps us a lot.
