Okay understood about the slope, and what if I want or have to extend the area right up to the boundary?

.. then coordinate with the neighbor - and then you just have to, for example, set L-bricks.

It depends on what you want ... as long as you don't state that clearly, we can only guess.

I need to measure again when it stops raining how far I can allow myself to keep the carport away from the boundary. Originally, it was planned to let the carport end on the boundary in extension of his garage. However, if the measurements still work out and I can set up the carport with the necessary distance, it can also be chamfered.

Sooner or later you will regret not having installed L-stones IF you still want a carport or any parking space there. You will miss the area - at least mentally. Behind the driveway surface towards the garden, you can then normally slope and plant. Just set narrow curbstones on the boundary so that nothing slips over.

So far, the GALA's there thought they would have to either set angle stones from 80 to 50 cm high starting from the garage around the corner, or build a 75 cm high wall out of formwork stones.

I see it differently. The carport does not require L-shaped stones. It is a small edge, a small strip of wild plants fits there. You don't have to seal everything and waste unnecessary money on top of that.
