Well, the quality is definitely a whole different level. Concrete remains concrete, even if it says KANN on it. The ratio between manufacturing effort and purchase price is completely off. I would never pay more than 20-25€ for concrete paving stones/slabs.

For 20-25€ you get what is in the driveway. The Farini from KANN are sealed. So not DIY store goods. But yes, it is concrete. The same slabs are available from the KANN DIY store range for 29€, then unsealed and with the barefoot feeling like in the driveway. EDIT: I looked at the offer again, it is 47.50€ per sqm

Such crap! OBI just canceled our terrace slab delivery! We had picked some out in September and specifically asked if they would still be deliverable in October - "yeah yeah, no problem." Now we need them and tada: no longer deliverable.

Same with us today with laminate from Herkules.. only that we had already paid for it because we were told it would surely be pre-ordered by then... my husband is trying to sort it out right now. This is really annoying and frustrating!

Now we need them and tada: no longer available. Since the builders are already measuring, we can’t waste any more time and need a quick alternative. Does anyone know where around Leipzig we can still find a large selection of terrace slabs? We’ve already been to OBI and Hornbach and would be willing to pick something out there if necessary. But there wasn't anything that made me want to jump for joy immediately. We also didn’t want to spend more than max. 40 Euros / m². Anyone got a tip?

Man, man, man... what kind of builders are these? Are they disappearing into the middle of nowhere starting next week before winter sets in?! You’ve already been living in the house for 4? ...5? years, and now you want to panic?
