Things are progressing.

Stay healthy. You are still putting too much stress on yourself, despite burnout.

Thank you - everything is good with me again so far. I have acclimated quite well and also have a bit more help than originally planned. But it wasn’t just the construction site. I also bought a multi-family house which has given me more work and will continue to do so than originally planned. Update on my bungalow: We found the cause of the damp basement wall. ([Eines der ersten Postings in diesem Thread feuchte Ecke]) is today the corner with the large buffer tank. There was no drainage or it was broken, and in the corner at the transition from the house to the terrace there is a crack. I will post photos in the next few days of the construction pit (such a 6T excavator really clears out well :-) Next week two 10,000 liter cisterns will arrive and then we will soon start on the pool system :-) A bit problematic is the round foundation on our terrace. We prefer straight lines and the curve bothers us. Unfortunately, there is no strip foundation there, but the whole thing actually goes 3M into the ground. The original construction company had unnecessarily made the build expensive. It never should have been built like that. But well... that’s how it is. We’ll see how we solve it :-) Photos will come in the next few days when there is something to see outside :)

Are you collecting problem properties?

Why three buffer tanks?
Is the freestanding pump for the garden?
Tell me more about the pool and cisterns.
Wishing you continued strength in the construction.

One could actually put it that way. But you can still make some money with problem properties. I am not referring to the project I presented here.

Well observed. The third pump is intended for the pool. We use the large buffer tank with 3 * 3KW heating rods as a heat exchanger for the pool. We basically use the coil inside the buffer, which is originally meant for a solar thermal system, in reverse for the pool. I have a 21 kWp system on the roof, which is ridiculously oversized for a single-family house and will supply the pool in summer. We will probably build the pool as an infinity solution into the hillside and connect it directly to the terrace. Final planning for implementation is still ongoing.
