I think we only receive the KfW classification after handing over all documents, which we do not have yet.
You should actually receive it beforehand, otherwise you cannot apply for a KfW 153 loan at all or know what conditions apply. I also don't buy a car where I only find out which engine is installed upon delivery.

Yes. But we don’t have a KfW standard that we could have financed through the KfW Bank. We explicitly have no KfW house. Still, there is a standard that one classifies accordingly. Unfortunately, I can’t recall it right now.

Then we will probably have a KfW 55 standard. I believe it was not worthwhile for us back then and we received a different/better offer from our bank.
