Not a palace. Usable living area of 146 sqm. Total 160 sqm, split-level. The heating was offered to us like this.

And the other 2 question marks? Which KfW rating and design temperature? How many sqm are heated now? 146 sqm?

Heat pump price is good, household is a disaster. We pay 28 cents plus €100 basic fee, with bonus credit it’s 17 cents per kWh.

The lowest one there is. The contract states KfW 153. Exactly the 146m2 are heated. The HAR was not included in that. I can't tell you anything about the design temperature right now.

That is the application for energy-efficient building, but not the KfW rating of the building. KfW55, 40 or 40+? (probably 55...). And is the house located in the cold East or in the warm Rhineland?
