We have an air-water heat pump + photovoltaic system. As many have already said: you have to calculate it for yourself. Often it is not worth it. For us, it would not have worked. The price/kWh would have gotten worse for each tariff, and you also have to pay for the second meter separately. With the money for the second meter, you can already consume a few kWh. In our best case, I think there would have been a saving of €20/year, in the worst case a loss. Furthermore, using photovoltaic electricity for both the household AND the air-water heat pump would have become more difficult. There are apparently ways to wire it so that the photovoltaic first supplies the household and the air-water heat pump, and the surplus is then fed back into the grid, but the network operator must offer this and the electrician must be knowledgeable about it. For us, it was too much hassle and would have been more expensive in the end.
