North is on the right?! That should have been known from the start... the garage is in the south, the west wind whistles through the corridor... dining area and kitchen are rather dark than bright, the bedroom in the last form becomes too warm with south and west sun. Wastewater from above is misplaced in the kitchen, that is not properly planned at all. Oops.

Only it is definitely not flat. At best, you can make a raised plot out of it.

But does the alternative of getting used to the terrain not even tempt you through the example of ’s house?

A basement avoided at all costs costs significantly more than a built one.

Your budget is quite tight and requires a lot of personal contribution.
Your house ready for occupancy without a floor slab, without incidental construction costs, without outdoor facilities, without a kitchen, without [Aufmusterung] is roughly exactly 200,000 euros.

Take the plot, follow the existing house (the earthworks are done), build with a basement or split level.

Otherwise, the orientation of the house and the arrangement of the rooms needs to be reconsidered.

I would leave out the bay window as a cost driver.

Now you're scaring me :/ The current house is oriented the same way at the moment and we don't see any problems with warmth and light etc. Maybe it's just because I'm used to it. So how should we do it? Rotate the house? ;D

North really on the right?
Initial plan:

final plan:

It is always useful and helpful to include the north arrow in floor plan drawings.
In the last version, one should pay attention to the toilet drain.

Since the floor plans are unfortunately not dimensioned, one can say little about the area shown at the parents' bed.

For the parents' room, I find a southwest orientation rather impractical.

Yes, I unfortunately forgot to mark the north, sorry. But it is really on the right side as seen from the floor plan. That I need to reconsider the WC drain is now also clear to me. That’s really unfortunate. Then I'll put the bedroom back on the right and the bathroom on the left. That fits with the drain and the bedroom is no longer exposed to the intense heat. That’s a bit better, isn’t it?
