With an annual consumption of 10,000 kWh, an annual generation of 17,000 kWh, and only 2,000 kWh own consumption, I would roughly estimate savings of about €1,500 per year. The system wouldn’t pay off at all in that case. I would now guess that you should end up with at least 4,000-5,000 kWh own consumption later, if not even a bit more. As for the price, I would definitely tend to go with Company 2. Small and new doesn’t necessarily have to mean anything. If the system works later on, they will have also earned their money.
