How do you come to 10,000 kWh for a "KfW48-200sqm house"? (Without electric box). Even if it is located in cold Bavaria.

The 10,000 KWh is just an estimate - construction has not yet started. We also had a lot of difficulty at the beginning estimating our future total electrical consumption during the planning phase.

Here are my current comparison figures, maybe interesting for others as well? Period 21.10.2021 to 11.08.2022: 6.5KWp system 100% south/45°, approx. 130m² in 2 residential units, brine-water heat pump, 2-3 people in the 2 residential units. fully electric vehicle since 11.2021 (BEV) with approx. 1000km per month at a consumption of approx. 18KWh per 100km) Generated: 7069 KWh Consumption: 6809 KWh Self-consumption: 3207 KWh Grid feed-in: 3226 KWh Grid uptake: 3602 KWh Self-consumption rate only year 2022: almost exactly 51%

Above all, an own consumption of 2,000 kWh would also be a bit too low. Have you ever done a cost calculation for yourself to see to what extent the system pays off? With an annual consumption of 10,000 kWh, an annual generation of 17,000 kWh, and only 2,000 kWh own consumption, I would roughly estimate savings of about €1,500 per year. The system wouldn’t pay off at all in that case. I would now guess that you should end up with at least 4,000-5,000 kWh own consumption later, if not even a bit more. As for the price, I would definitely tend to go with Company 2. Small and new doesn’t necessarily have to mean anything. If the system works later on, they will have also earned their money.

We have a smaller house with similar conditions and also an 8000 kWh consumption, so why should 2000 kWh more be unrealistic with about 40 sqm more? We are even only 2 people … does he have 4 residents or something extra like a Jacuzzi or I don't know, could that be possible

Great figures that help no one and above all do not answer my question.
And of course, one can roughly determine the demand in advance.

Yeah sure. Wasting 8000-10000 kWh (pointless) and then being afraid (wondering). Keyword "power outage".
