Whereas the above re-planning (larger kitchen and WC on the north/west side) appeals to me better. If the staircase could be designed differently, that would be good.

Great, thanks. However, the staircase for the upper floor would have to be further to the right because of the change on the ground floor. Or is that misleading in the picture? I would then want to completely omit the WC on the upper floor with 2 sqm, especially since it has no window again.

One more question about the ground floor: The door to the garage would then have to go through the study. I'm still missing a coat rack on the ground floor. Is there a charming solution for this?

Or is the picture misleading?

If you take the "mirrored" ground floor, it fits "almost" – otherwise swap the stairs with the entrance.

That is, I think, the case in 90% of houses (i.e., without a bathroom).

Help, who says something like that? (#1) Living/dining room is 11.75 m x 3.85 m. That’s nothing. Kitchen the same. Entrance the same. Guest WC the same. Screams for a reset!

And the car already has no space in the plan.

Clear room height should be 2.80M; raw construction measurement is 3.0 M

Finished room height, including floor covering etc.? Yes, then raw construction height could be about 300 cm, story height then 310 to 315 cm .. and the staircase must be designed accordingly. 315 cm story height with 18 risers is already very comfortable = riser height then 17.5 cm. Even 17 risers would still be quite good = 18.52 cm riser height. EDIT: Unfortunately, a site plan is missing and dimensions would always be useful. Whether 2 people can sensibly work in a home office? Do you have to make a lot of phone calls, conduct teleconferences? Then I would almost find 2 smaller rooms better.
