Review of floor plan for single-family house with full stories

I agree with the others. So much living space, unfortunately terribly planned. The living room corridor is worse than in any standard floor plan from a developer. The staircase takes up too much space and a garage with a length of 5m up to the stairs. Which mid-size car with 4.7m length should you be able to park there without the trunk being split into two parts by the door? And even if you drive in with a Smart, you can never use the staircase either. Do yourselves a big favor and start completely from scratch or look at the floor plans of the standard houses in your house size at Viebrockhaus, etc. You can modify those or find another architect. I have rarely seen so much unnecessary traffic area in a house. And as an architect, you have to manage to plan a WC WITHOUT a window in a single-family house. You really can’t be serious about that... So make a fresh start and choose a completely new floor plan. Then your house will be nice too.

In defense of the architect, I must say that the ground floor area was previously about 45 sqm larger. Now it has been unfortunately redesigned; sadly for cost reasons. There will be a reset. I'll get back to you then.

Sorry, but the plan from #1 is not worth discussing for me. However, without [Lageplan] and [Fragebogen], there will be no alternatives. Therefore, please fill them out.
