However, the sealing of the pipes to the technical room was only provisionally sealed with snow.
Still, the 0.3 from surprises me.

The larger the house / apartment, the easier it is to achieve low values since the air change rate is calculated with the "total volume." How large was the house ?

That was the measurement result... I have removed all personal data.

yesterday I did my Blower Door Test.
Result 0.67
Interior walls plastered, screed installed
Window sills, drywall, and exterior plaster still missing.
I was a bit confused because the energy consultant criticized that the ventilation system was not yet fully connected. In other words, the branches from the distributors to the rooms were not connected. However, these are completely installed within the thermal envelope. The penetration of the distributors to the outside was already made and accordingly sealed.
According to the energy consultant, the entire system must be installed but switched off to carry out the test.
As I understand it, this makes no sense because with the test I actually want to determine the airtightness.
Maybe someone can clarify where my thinking error lies.

Some craftsmen / surveyors / consultants like to strictly follow certain technical guidelines.

This rule that everything should be finished probably stems from the fact that, in general, possible defects are found that have something to do with problems in any sealing. It may be that the preliminary seals you have in place now seal gaps.

In your specific case, however, it should actually be practically irrelevant. At least if your assumptions are correct. In doubt, the surveyor prefers to do everything according to regulations to avoid trouble.

The openings of the ventilation to the outside will of course be temporarily sealed during the measurement. Better do it yourself under supervision so that it is thorough. ;)

The absence of the windowsills could possibly have an effect. We had some minor air drafts in the area of the kitchen windowsill openings back then. We wanted to install the countertop extending into that area, so there were no windowsills installed yet. The engineer who conducted the test then stuck this [Power-Klebeband] on there, after that the draft was gone and the result was somewhat better. :)

So the work and in addition what was taped off the good man didn’t do :D. Maybe also my fault. Perhaps I should have had a leak detection done first. But whatever. The required value has been reached and I can submit the whole thing to the [KFW] for funding.

Can I ask what you paid for the Blower-Door-Test? I still have to do it too... We put the trades out to tender ourselves, so I have to take care of the test alone....
