Yes, KfW55. The energy consultant calculated what insulation needs to go under the floor slab, what goes into the roof... The energy consultant was on the construction site six times and checked whether everything was built as stated in the KfW application.
In the end, a blower door test was conducted.

I don’t understand what should come out differently at a final inspection than before. The whole process works solely based on these invoices.
And as someone already wrote, you can also slightly increase the insulation; that is always cheaper than the other brick.

That’s what we have. Strange that kfw55 is so tight for you.

I also wonder why it is so tight for us. I will call the energy consultant and ask which values he calculated with and where the weak point might be. Could it be that the floor slab is perhaps not insulated?
