Calculate with 2500 euros in the best case.

Really, could it be that I am involved with 2500? I would have expected 5K. Is there perhaps a difference in the [Gutachter-Ausbildung] (architect vs. site manager, etc.) that makes the price cheaper/more expensive?

If we hadn’t had our surveyor present during all phases up to the final acceptance, we wouldn’t have been able to settle issues with the tiler, floor layer, and general contractor so easily and in our favor. This saved us a five-digit amount of money.

We also have the whole house completely rechecked by the surveyor 6 months before the end of the 5-year warranty period.

, yes, that also corresponds to the experiences of friends/acquaintances.

There is an association that you find when you google "Qualitätskontrolle am Bau". They mediate certified building inspectors quite cheaply – for example, 2,200 euros including VAT for 4 inspections including Blower Door Test ("Additional inspections can be booked separately."). Has anyone had experience with that? I find the offer very tempting, but in this area QC and reliability are very important.

We found our soil inspector this way (google) and were/are very satisfied, at a good price. Can this be transferred here? – I would be very happy about experiences!

My expert charges 3.6K including VAT for 8 inspection sections (excluding basement) + acceptance, including travel expenses, documentation, photo work, office costs
