We had 0.6, I believe. At our place, there was also a draft through a windowsill opening in the kitchen. The countertop runs in there, but the kitchen had not yet been delivered. The guy who did the test looked for such spots beforehand and sealed them. For example, on the windowsill, he stuck some tape over it (this tape also seals the attic hatch), over a small hole in the mortar. After that, no more drafts came through there.

Sometimes you sleep better with a good result. Whether a successful exam has to be repeated is a personal decision of the OP.

We built without a corresponding KfW standard and had a value of 0.3... but we also did not install a controlled residential ventilation system.

At the time of the test, the interior of the building was completely plastered and the drywall work was already finished. The screed had not yet been poured and the window sills were also not yet installed. The building was also still without exterior insulation as well as plaster and paint.

1.39 in the old building, fully basemented. KfW70 energy-efficient house renovation with controlled residential ventilation. Roofer did not tape the vapor barrier sheets together. At least the funding conditions were met.

0.45 in my passive house ground floor residential unit with about 65m²

The sealing of the pipes to the technical room was only temporarily sealed with snow, however.
Nevertheless, the 0.3 from amazes me

The larger the house / apartment, the easier it is to achieve low values since the air change rate is calculated with the "total volume". How big was the house ?
