Result of blower door test KfW 55

Unfortunately, I have to pass on that. The test was included in the total price from the energy consultant and was not listed separately.

Can I ask what you paid for the blower door test?

The usual range is between 200 and 400 euros net.
For us, it was 280 euros

I can give you a price ;-)

€612.85 incl. VAT for 2 residential units (each tested separately). This also included the leak detection including assistance with taping, which especially in the attic took longer than expected. For 4 residential units, the two engineers needed about 3/4 of a day. The price is from 03.2021.

We completed the financing with the KfW-55 loan in April 2021. Does anyone know if there are any deadlines by which the Blower-Door Test must be carried out or when the confirmation after completion must be submitted to the bank?
