So, airtightness because of missing perimeter insulation - about as sensible as "it's raining inside because the drywall hasn't been plastered yet".
I always wonder how I have managed to survive so far without this successfully completed test—These tupperware-tight houses, which are then "opened" again with ventilation systems or window seal ventilation, seem suspicious to me. I wouldn't be surprised if this construction method eventually goes down in construction history as a fashion hype.
