Questions on the interpretation of § 34 Building Code

I have now confused No. 14 with No. 18. In No. 18, only the front, small building is a residential building. This would make the building envelope tiny.... what now?

Ok, found it. As already wrote: factual building limit at the rear edge of the old building. Question: how is this justified? Thanks!

According to 34. You orient yourself to the neighboring development if you use the rear building boundary from house 18.

P.s. Building boundary and building lines are two different terms. Please do not confuse them

I had not understood it that way. The reference is to the old building on our property (and not the neighbor), hence the question.

Factual building boundaries exist in the imagination of the observer. Here is my interpretation (dark blue):

If your authorized building planner is familiar with the local permit authorities, he might be able to enforce light blue. If the average building depth of the surrounding buildings is taken as a basis, the building window shrinks a little more. However, in no case can it be described as a tiny building window.
