Ok? I wouldn't have thought that now. The blue lines indicate the building envelope. The front edge of our house is 10 away from the street. For the neighbors on the left side, it's about 4 m. Before, you said that it was just bad luck that the neighbors on the left built exactly in line and that this could also be demanded from us. Or did I misunderstand? I'll check again...

I think we are misunderstanding each other. Please draw your desired house to scale on the map and write down a few measurements. I just want to make sure we're not talking past each other.

How the shape of a building "continues to influence" the surroundings "beyond its death," I am at a loss there.


That would contradict the administrative principle that each matter falls under only one jurisdiction. The spatial boundaries of development plans therefore never overlap, just as each municipality always belongs to only one federal state. Otherwise, a situation of competition between two different legal situations would arise for all plots on the edges of their respective areas.

Me too - unfortunately with many things I have read in this context. The introduction to the subject for non-specialists is definitely not trivial.

Yes, gladly. I quickly did it with a program where I can't rotate the numbers. I hope it is understandable. The next neighbor has 4 m from the house wall to the sidewalk, for us it would be 10 m. The plot is 20 m wide, the house including garage is 17 m. Long (to the back) the house is 9.5 m and the garage on the right side 9 m. However, I did not include the small offset.
