That is not true. Even the latest generation of centralized controlled residential ventilation "acts up" when a window is opened and the system runs simultaneously. These systems were not designed for that.

Thanks to controlled residential ventilation, do you have the same temperatures in the attic or loft as in the ground floor?

A controlled residential ventilation system is always good, especially when multiple airing of the rooms during the first two years after moving into a single-family house is not ensured. Whether it is designed centrally or decentrally is a matter of taste as well as dependent on the available budget. Whether the heat recovery is as significant as loudly praised by the industry or if it rather serves the calculation of the KfW remains to be seen.
A controlled residential ventilation system will not pay for itself, but it provides its owner with a considerable piece of quality of life. And that, in my opinion, is worth quite a lot.
