If I may call it by name, we are getting a Systemair Genius.

And what is your opinion if the storage is completely financed through the KFW 153 program? We are building with two residential units, there will be 9.9kWh on the roof and an E3/DC with 10.5kWh as storage. The repayment grant for KfW40+ of €10,000 more compared to KfW40 almost pays for the storage, which costs me around €12,000.

So the storage solution costs me about €2,000 for 10.5kWh....sounds profitable to me at first!

Very interesting discussion, although off topic, but hey: E3/DC we also have, but currently only 4.6 kWh in the single-family house. Photovoltaics have 14.8 kWp (sounds oversized at first, but somehow makes sense). The E3DC has the advantage that it is also an inverter. So you save there too.

What I actually wanted to get at Is the 275 program no longer available? Just from that we received almost 4,000 EUR repayment grant.

On the subject:

central controlled residential ventilation with heat recovery is also in our house, and at the latest during screed ventilation I was very grateful for it. If I imagine having to go through almost 26 windows twice each morning and evening through all rooms, the time component alone is worth every cent to me.

We receive a repayment grant of 15,000 EUR; if you apply that to the photovoltaic system and the storage, it's almost paid off!

But the costs for the passive house are significantly higher; wall construction, concrete slab, and windows have already increased in price.

However, we are not building passive to save money, but out of conviction...

We feel the same way, we are also building the KfW 40+ house out of conviction! The fact that we almost get a storage solution for the photovoltaic system for free.....we gladly take that! Plus an E-Heat Box and we will reduce our feed-in to almost zero. Sure, in summer we will probably have to feed in a little, but that’s okay....

My dream is that in summer an air conditioner is directly powered from the roof...

What could be more sensible than using the sun, which makes you too hot, to cool down again? By the way, this is also available at Maybach!
