That is ~210W base load. Totally normal for a single-family house. You won’t find any particular power guzzler; it is the sum of all the devices you have.

You buy them when the predecessors are broken. And since that surely happens within the warranty period of the photovoltaic system, I don't quite understand the question.

Neither. Since my girlfriend is a follower of a completely animal-free diet (which is rather difficult outside the home), cooking is actually done quite frequently. And if I want something proper to eat, I’m also happy to use an extra pot just for me. As someone rightly pointed out, the apartment still lacks technical electricity. But the regular household electricity is about the right scale. We simply don’t have gaming PCs, Christmas lights, etc. running. Refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, etc. today barely use any power anymore.

Well, it's good that the thread was revived. There are new developments: The Bundesrat is now demanding double compensation for excess feed-in.

It’s basically already settled again. The Bundestag has spoken out against it. But nothing is final yet anyway.

That is nonsense too. The existing remuneration, especially in combination with the savings from self-consumption, fully covers the investment. This is not a subsidy in the sense of an incentive, but a complete payment for photovoltaic systems and has been so for years. The state might as well buy photovoltaic technology itself and send the installers to the citizens for free.

Unfortunately, there are so unbelievably many ugly public buildings with presumed photovoltaic potential that the craftsmen would probably be booked out for decades if the state started to clean up in its own backyard.
