Price house with approx. 300m², nice furnishings?

I just wonder why suddenly there's "radio silence" in some threads from time to time.

Because crazy ideas and dream houses simply aren't built. :cool:

And today I actually received an email saying that my topic had been answered.... and it’s true, I have to apologize, I haven’t written anything else, that’s really not my usual way, but back then I was still quite new and just wanted a few general pieces of information.

But now I’m making up for it....

So, the house is built, everything much much more expensive, but it’s also bigger, and the architect did a great job, I’ll post some pictures if desired, but my partner still has to send them to me.

Data:

House over 400m² Costs.... I can’t say exactly anymore, the house maybe 1.2 million plus interior and plus garden, so estimated 1.5 million.

That’s about my plans..... oh man.....

Nice that the budget can be adjusted to the dreams. Unfortunately, this is very rare. Please send pictures.

I am reluctant to take back my #19 :cool: But I am happy to take it back for a lot of information, pictures, and a detailed experience report :p

Everything is mixed together....under construction, finished, we don't really have nice photos :-)

Behind the house there is still a large terrace with lawn, this is the small terrce for grilling and eating, which can be accessed from the kitchen.

So....

the construction was really good, the architect basically did everything, we were also very relaxed, we are not so picky or fussy! Of course, we chose the interior what we like and what fits, but the house is not a "life’s work" or a sanctuary, it is a nice house, and that’s it. I am happy to answer questions... :-)
