These are (still no) doubts. After all, the area code of Hanau can be seen on the (construction) sign ... By "For me, the house doesn't look like it's in Germany" it is meant that it doesn't look - haha - as if the house were in Germany. Among other things because of the palm trees. It could (!) also be somewhere else - outside of Germany. That does not mean, - attention! duplex negatio affirmat! - that it cannot be in Germany :)
