It could (!) also be a holiday villa in Spain and the owner from Hanau is checking that everything is alright. On the sign with the Hanau area code, the phone number is readable, which you need to call to express interest to the owner or manager of the property :)

Otherwise: not my style at all; I can well imagine this in Tuscany or something, with a lot of land around it, but here it kind of looks to me like a UFO that happened to have landed there but actually wanted to go somewhere else. But that doesn’t matter – the homeowner has to like it, after all, it’s his house, not mine. And it seems he does – so all done right! I’m jealous of the Gaggenau appliances. Almost every day I want to kick myself because we changed our minds and now have to put up with Miele.
