Playingpro? You're not also active on the PFF by any chance?

With upscale fittings (depending on what you understand by that), you can expect a price per square meter of 1800-2000 or even 2500.
You can sink a fortune into a luxurious bathroom
If you have the house custom-designed by an architect anyway and manage the trades yourself, you can, compared to building a house with a general contractor, of course save something here and there.

Yes, I am Unlike the house, I already have the turbo, but your statement about 2000 euros per m² is already good, if it's now 300, that would be 600,000 euros. Plus architect (I also estimate about 50,000 euros?) it would be 650,000 euros, that would be roughly my budget!

Thank you

Hello Armin,

Then you should actually know the cost structure and be aware of the price level at which your architect's craftsmen operate?

Coincidentally, I currently have a roughly comparable project running. Basement completely as living space, ground floor and upper floor – but with a gable roof => round about 300 sqm pure living space.

Kfw 70 – including polished concrete floor in the 77 sqm living room, electric pleated blinds instead of roller shutters, WK II, 2 bathrooms each worth EUR 15,000, Belgian switch series "Basalt," EIB/KNX, painting work and parquet a 6 appears bottom right and behind it 5 more digits _before_ the comma and exclusively for the hut

Kind regards

As I said, a lot depends on what you consider to be upscale equipment. You can certainly stay within the budget, but you can also easily spend twice as much.

Is that really the case? You always hear different statements about this.

Within what range can you save here? 10%? Or even more?

Calculating that exactly as a layperson would certainly be a considerable task.
However, it should be as certain as the amen in church that you save compared to building with a general contractor (GU).
A general contractor earns on everything and adds significant markups on the individual trades as well as on the materials.
