Thank you. The plot is concrete and currently reserved for us. On Google Maps, I first tried to measure the dimensions of the house. Is that okay? Correction: The existing house there must first be demolished.

Good, I feared that you wouldn't find anything off the shelf.

Everything is getting expensive now :-( Until now, concrete was considered an inexpensive building material.

Thanks for the helpful contribution. We don't place value on "perfection," meaning it can even be left open.

@All
How would you search for an architect? Look on Google in the region to see who offers projects with concrete?

If only that were "exposed concrete" on the example photos ... – but it is also exposed concrete using quasi seamless formwork boards.

Nevertheless: no.

But at least not in the sense that before proceeding further you wouldn’t first have to make a decision between the incompatible requirements "somewhat similar to the example pictures" and "low budget."

First of all, definitely only after the aforementioned homework, and secondly as "always": near the construction site, among other places on the chamber’s website.

Concrete is becoming increasingly expensive. Pure concrete has poor insulation values. Thermal or insulating concrete is significantly more expensive. The entire installation must be carefully planned. Chasing afterward is only possible with great effort and destroys the appearance. It would probably even be cheaper to build with bricks and create a cladding facade for the appearance. This is all the opposite of low budget. The facade alone on such a project would probably cost 200k-300k... Unfortunately, this won't work with a small budget. It would be something different than the uniform run-of-the-mill. Better take a look at normally used construction techniques. The house is not small either, at about 250m2. For that alone, you can calculate about €625,000 plus additional costs, garage, outdoor facilities, and furnishings. Less than €2,500/m2 is almost no longer possible. Especially with new projects, cost planning is currently difficult.
