okay, thanks for the answers. Then it will be implemented like this now in the hope of not having to tear it down with a pickhammer in a few years and curse while doing it
I will report on my procedure, experience and pictures

Good luck with the project! Concrete is very adaptable and will definitely look good.

And if it looks bad in a few years, you might have the 70 € for the slabs more easily in your pocket.

Keep us updated!

A little tip: Ask the [concrete supplier] for the right concrete. They should have the necessary expertise!

Well, if I don't need WU concrete, I can actually mix it myself. The only question is about the grain size. Rheinkies 0/16 should work, right, or is that too coarse? Once tamped and smoothed, you can't see the stones anymore. What do you think, which gravel?

You don’t need WU, but other properties.
Google [Expositionsklasse]. Or ask locally at the manufacturer.
Tell them which thickness, external component, moderate wear stress, etc.

Zero knowledge present, gather half-knowledge from the forum and then just start building. If you want to build something yourself, that's completely okay, but then you should rather get a professional on your side, or just leave it (I'm also referring to the inquiry regarding pool construction). If you only concreted a path, it can at most break, hardly anyone gets hurt, only if you have a basement ceiling you need statics with the corresponding calculation according to the standard, everything else is negligent.
