Did you sand everything completely, or only the areas where the sinter layer is still visible? It doesn't really make sense in principle if I sand the smooth white walls, does it? The point is actually only to remove this layer so that the textured plaster or the paint adheres better afterwards, right?

After I only sanded visibly different spots in the first room and then immediately painted over them and just now saw the result, I sanded everything again. What looks smooth and even to the untrained eye is actually full of trowel marks and other unevenness. It may not be as noticeable with the textured roller plaster you have, but I would sand everywhere just to create an even surface.

180m² ceilings to be completely plastered 2x, sanded 2x and then sprayed with STO Rapid Matt paint using an airless device --> €4,000 net.

What do you think about that? I find it quite fair!

Actually, we are also considering having the wall areas of the "important" rooms professionally done with roll plaster by him. The plasterer would do that for us as well. He would first plaster the walls accordingly, sand them again, and then apply the roll plaster. What do you think? What should something like that cost €/m²?

if he does walls and ceilings for 10K€, I would agree immediately, at 8 or 6K€ even faster.
3 years ago at our place 125sqm ceilings and 400sqm walls for 5K€, all fleece

€4K for the ceilings.

We have now asked him about the bedroom, bathroom, hallway area, and living-kitchen-dining area. We would do the rest ourselves in the form of wallpaper (children's room) and office/basement (roller plaster or possibly just painting with dispersion paint).

I hope to get it for €2-3K so that I come to a total of maximum €7K net. Let's see if it works out :)

Alternatively, ask him for all rooms as well; once the tools are there, the difference might be small. Then you could already pack boxes or do other things.
